Massively reduced visitor capacity

We have reduced our visitor numbers right down to just one third of our visitor capacity, to ensure safe social distancing

 

Online pre-booked visits

​

For us to operate with a reduced capacity in a safe and secure way and to avoid any disappointment, all visitors will need to choose a time slot and book online.

 

Dozens of tables removed

​

We have taken out lots of chairs and tables to ensure that family groups are well separated. All tables are positioned at a safe distance and we would request that they are not moved.

​

Hand Sanitiser

​

New sanitiser units have been installed throughout the centre, as well as hand sanitiser units at the entrance the toilets. We would also advise customers to wash their hands as frequently as possible. 

​

 

Constant cleaning

​

Team members will be cleaning door handles and other touch points throughout the day. We have increased our cleaning team to keep us squeaky clean all day. Obviously, if there are any areas you would like us to particularly focus on, please speak to any member of the team.

  

Air ventilation

Our Fresh air circulators and ceiling extraction units replace the air in the entire centre several times an hour

 

New cafe procedures

​

We would ask all customers to queue, maintaining a safe distance from other guests, whilst ordering food & drink from our servery.  Wrapped cutlery and sauce sachets will be handed to you once food is ordered and we encourage contactless payments whenever possible.  We will bring all Food to your table.

 

Antibacterial fogging

​

At night the building is sanitised with antibacterial fogging equipment especially designed for hospitals, kitchens & leisure facilities. The fogging machine creates an antibacterial fog that coats surfaces with a sterile coating that lasts for several days.  The solution we use is not harmful to us or our planet.

Loose items removed

​

We have taken out all the balls from our ball pools and removed any loose play items. 

​

Face coverings

​

You are welcome to wear a face covering whilst at Just Kidding but this is something we can no longer enforce.

 

Our play partnership with you

​

To make sure our safety measures work effectively, we ask all visitors to work with us to help us all keep covid-safe. The most important new ruling is that any children that cannot practice social distancing on their own must be accompanied by an adult at all times. This is very important to comply with new Government guidelines.

Staff Safety

​

The Just Kidding Team will be assessed each morning for any signs of Covid.  As an extra measure all team members will be working in bubbles.
