The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are due to come into effect in the UK on the 25th of May 2018.  This will affect all organisations and businesses that hold data on individuals.  Just Kidding Hanley Limited will be affected by this and we have had to review our current data organisation, risk assess the collection and storage of data and produce a Privacy Policy that records how data is collected, processed, stored and disposed of and puts in place some risk reduction measures. Just Kidding Hanley Limited is registered with the ICO.

All current, active clients will have their data held in accordance with our Privacy Policy, all your contact information that was completed on your contract is recorded in our computer database which is password and firewall protected. The risk posed to the security of the data held by Just Kidding Hanley Limited is minimal.
